Wedding Consultant: Our Wedding Consultants are experts that you can call on for special advice and services. They have special knowledge and experience in arranging Maui weddings. The fee is included in the Basic Wedding Plan.

Licensing: In Hawaii both the prospective Bride and Groom must appear in person before a marriage license agent. No blood test is required and there is no waiting period. Our consultants will make an appointment for you. The fee is $65.00 to the agent.

Minister/Officiant: We arrange for a minister that we feel will best suit your preferences. Most couples prefer a non-denominational service with a Hawaiian flair. We have heard many and have our favorites, so you can be assured of a lovely ceremony.

On Site Coordinator: We like to have a coordinator present at the ceremony to make sure that everything goes as planned. They are there to assist the couple with any of their needs. They also pick up the flowers, cake, ice, champagne, etc...

Photography: Naturally, photography is important to preserve the memories of this special day. We hire and coordinate only experienced, professional photographers. The results will be treasured for a lifetime. Our photography starts at $249.00.

Video: Video coverage will capture the sights and sounds of your wedding day. A video is the perfect way to share your wedding with your friends and family when you return home. Packages start at $389.00.

Flowers: We feel that flowers add beauty, fragrance and distinction to a wedding, so we work only with artistic, experienced florists. We will order your flowers, pick them up and deliver them to you at the wedding site. Prices vary.

Music: Live music can add so much to your ceremony. We will arrange for a musician to sing the "Hawaiian Wedding Song" and other favorites. Hula dancers, conch shell blowers, and torch bearers are also popular in Hawaii.

Limousines: You may want to arrive in style at your wedding location. Or how about a romantic drive along the shore at sunset! We can arrange for a Super Stretch Limo to pick you up at your Hotel and deliver you to the wedding site. All you have to do is relax. Prices start at $88.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Cakes: Many couples like to have the traditional cake cutting at their wedding. We can arrange for a cake at Hotel sites as well as at the beach and park locations. Prices start at $55.00.

Engraved Glasses We can add a set of Maui Toasting Glasses and some Gingerale to the Basic Wedding Plan for an additional $30.00. Just let us know by putting your names in the area at the bottom of the reservation form. They will have the bride's first name on one glass and the groom's first name on the other. They will also have your wedding date and Maui with a Palm logo. they are very nice!

Tuxedos: For the men in the wedding party we can provide tuxedo rentals as well as the traditional "Hawaiian Wedding Shirt" and sash.

Wedding Gowns: Most Brides prefer to bring their wedding attire to Maui. We do have Bridal Shops here and you can buy or rent a gown if you wish.

Pamper Package: Treat yourselves to a day of luxury before your wedding. Since you will have nothing to worry about you can just enjoy yourself all day. Arrangements can be made for a famous Lomi Lomi massage, a facial, pedicure, and manicure. Maui has many wonderful spas and most services are available in your own room. After a morning of complete relaxation we will have a beautician come to your room for the final touches.Complete customized packages are available

Receptions: We can arrange for a wonderful reception at a resort, private location, or restaurant located near your wedding site. Depending on the number of people involved you can have anything from a Luau to a romantic beachside dinner for just the two of you.

Activities: Reservations can be made for tours, activities, restaurants, beauty shops, and more. Just let us know.

Specialties: Maui has many unique services you might like for your wedding day. We can set up a Dove Release, Butterfly Release, Quick Sketch Artist, Horse and Carriage, or even arrange for a Tableside Chef to serve you dinner under the stars.
