After you have read the information,
please go to the reservation form
and fill in the information needed to start the plans for your
special day! We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit in the
form of a check to begin. Please send your check by snail mail
to P.O. Box 1827, Wailuku, HI, 96793 and be sure to include a
copy of your reservation form. We do not except Credit Cards
for the deposit. If you are coming in a short period of time,
give us a call at (800) 808-4144 and we will assist you.
After we receive your reservation
and your deposit, we will be sending you a letter of confirmation
for your date and time.
Due to the high cost of accepting
credit cards, rather than raise our prices, we are discouraging
the use of credit cards. We will send
you an invoice about 30 days prior to your arriving on Maui.
At that time the full balance will be due. If you wish to pay
the balance when you arrive we can accept Travelers Checks, Cashiers
Checks, Money Orders or Cash (of course). If you must use a credit
card there will be a service fee of 5% added and we will only
accept Visa or MC if you have the card and it is accepted by
our terminal. We will still require a Visa or MC to reserve any
accommodations, limousines or activities so please include one
on your reservation form. Please do not send us your reservation
form without the deposit.
If you will be
coming to Maui on short notice please give us a call and we will
be happy to help you with your reservation.
Hawaii State Excise
Tax of 4.167% will be added to the total and prices are subject
to change.
The deposit on the wedding
is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made
30 days prior to your wedding date and be in writing.
