With Maui becoming the number one wedding destination in the world more and more couples are seeking out private places to hold their weddings and receptions. Romantic Maui Weddings can help you with your plans whether you use a hotel, beach, park or private home. We do not suggest you use a beach if you have over 15 people attending or if you have elderly guests that can not handle walking or standing for a time. Our weddings are usually a total of 1 and 1/2 hours long when you have a photo package.

If you are planning a reception for your guests after the wedding a private home offers the space and the possibility of catering. When using a resort you must purchase any food or beverage from them and this can be pretty costly. You can find several different menu options in our reception information.

Below you will find several different private options. There are many price ranges and possibilities available, from homes to golf resorts.

**Central Maui Ocean View**
This is a fabulous place for a small or large wedding. It is truly a magical place to be married. It is also a great place for a wedding reception be it small or large as well. It can hold hundreds of people with no worries if it should be bad weather (not likely). There are serveral different locations for the ceremony. A Gazebo for small weddings, a chapel like area with an ocean background and a large lawn area that would work as well. There are many acres of privacy here and the main building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It is absolutely beautiful and quite affordable as well! It is $750 to use the wedding location.

**Makena Oceanfront**
This private home on the ocean in Makena can be used for a wedding and reception for up to 150 people. You do not have to stay here to use it but with 5 beautiful bedrooms this house sleeps 10 people and is a great bargain if you stay for at least 5 days. There is a jacuzzi, big screen TV, and a view that goes on forever! It is totally private and gated and has a large parking area to accommodate quite a few cars. It is a black lava rock coast with lots of large shade trees and rolling lawns that are perfect for a tent. If you stay for 5 nights the price is $8,200. Each additional night would be $1500 plus tax. This does not include the use of the grounds for you wedding for up to 75 people. If you just want it for the day for your wedding the price is $2530 for up to 75 people. With 75 to 150 people the price is $2990. Be sure to call us early in your planning stages to reserve this great spot!

This home is quite spacious and well furnished! There are 2 large bathrooms and a washer and dryer as well.		The living room, dinning and kitchen are all one open large space. There is a large patio and a jacuzzi for you to relax in.

This point is a great place to do a Wedding Arch.It is surrounded by water. Kahoalawe and Molokini are in clear view.		This is also a nice area for the ceremony. It is especially nice for a morning wedding. There is quite a bit of shade for you.

Holy Innocents Lawn
Located in Lahaina or West Maui
	The fee for the Chapel Lawn is $650 for 2 hours if under 20 guests. 21 to 50 guests would be $800. This does include the use of the lawn by the ocean or even the Chapel. The total fee is required to reserve it and is non-refundable.This is the lawn area on the ocean which can be used for the actual wedding or in addition to the Chapel for photos. It is not available for receptions. See Chapel!

Wailea Gazebo

This is a great location for any size wedding or wedding reception! If you use it early morning and do a brunch or lunch reception it is very affordable. Even the sunset time is pretty affordable in comparison to most resorts! In the morning we get the gorgeous blue color on the ocean. It is close enough to the ocean to do beach photos as well. It is a quiet location and has plenty of parking and a pretty terrific view on both sides. The weather is usually great here but there is a backup indoor location or there is also plenty of room for a tent. If you only have a small wedding party you will still enjoy the privacy and beauty afforded to you here!

This location has their own menus which we will have them send you and the bar has to be done through the resort! Up to 50 white chairs are included in the grounds fee.

Olowalu Oceanfront
Weddings and Receptions
This location is half way between Kihei and Lahaina. It is very private and has a large grassy area on the ocean. It can accommodate up to 300 people. There is a large parking lot and a large grassy area on the ocean that is great for the wedding and reception. If the weather should be threatening we use a tent which also adds a great party atmosphere. There is a large concrete dance floor and stage.We can do our menus and our bar at this location.


This is the view as you enter down the driveway. It is a plantation style home.		Here you see the back of the house that faces the ocean. It has a long porch.

It has a great view and
beautiful sunsets as well.

Fee includes use of the grounds and main part of the house for the day. The Bride may use a bedroom for dressing. All music must end at 10:00!

Monday - Thursday
Fee: $2500 for 50 or less
Fee: $3000 for over 50

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
Fee: $3000 for 50 people or less
Fee: $4000 for over 50 and up to 100
Each additional person would be $15 each
Sunset wedding only - $1000 - 4:30 to 7:30
A 1/3 deposit is required.
Balance due 30 days prior to event!
A security deposit of 10% is also required
at this time which is returned if everything is fine
after the function.

**Lahaina Oceanfront Estate**

This beautiful oceanfront home is located right in Lahaina on the ocean with spectacular views! It is available for weddings and private receptions for up to 30 people. You cannot beat the views and it sleeps 14 people comforatably. The price is very reasonable when you consider the cost of a Hotel for 12 to 14 people. There are also many vacation rentals in the immediate area if you want your guests to be close by. It also has a very romantic Heart shaped pool.

		$1800 per night for 5 Bedrooms $250 per night for additional Ohana. 5 night minimum. Weddings and Receptions Up to 30 guests Wedding Only - $1200 Wedding and Reception - $2000

Wailea Ocean View

The Wedding Knoll

The Wailea Ocean View is fabulous for a morning or sunset weddings. If you are a morning person you will appreciate the aqua colour of the water. Then you can have a nice breakfast or brunch right there with the same great view! Mornings or sunset are best do to the heat. There are several different areas to take beautiful photographs! This location is great if you want an ocean view but do not want to get sand on your feet. The knoll can accommodate groups up to 30 comfortably. If you have 75 or more people you may want to buy out the entire restaurant for the evening. It is perfect for your own private party.

Overlooking the ocean from the slopes of Haleakala, this restaurant is one of our favorite on the South side of Maui. They have great food, fabulous views and affordable prices. Perfect for large or intimate wedding dinners! They are glad to accommodate you with your own private area out on the lawn if it is available.

The Fee is $325 for the wedding knoll if you have your dinner there as well. If you use the Knoll for the wedding only and go somewhere else for dinner the fee is $400.This does include 30 chairs. Additional chairs are $3.00 each. There is a wonderful restaurant just above, that is perfect for a small reception. You want to avoid the middle of the day due to the hot sun. There are several different private reception areas at this location and they all have different fees. There is no additional grounds fee if you just eat in the restaurant. This is the Molokini Lookout at the same location. It is perfect for larger groups.If you click on the photo you will see an enlargement. The fee for this location is $950.

Maui Tropical Plantation

This location is great for larger weddings and receptions. Located in the middle of Maui just below the Iao Mountains, this is a very beautiful, tropical location.You can dine in or out of doors. There is a white gazebo as well for weddings but it can only hold about 60 people comfortably. The lawn you see on the right below is better for larger weddings. A tent is sometimes necessary for shade. We will be happy to send you menus. Prices start at $350.

**Villa on Kaanapali**

If you want a gorgeous private home on Maui for your special day this is the one. You must rent this villa for at least a week to use it for a wedding and reception. It has 8 Bedrooms and 9 and 1/2 Bathrooms. You might call this a mini resort. If you have 16 people that will share the cost it is still less expensive than some of the more upscale Hotels on Maui. There is a grassy lawn on the ocean that is perfect for your wedding and reception. It is right on Kaanapali Beach in a pretty quiet area.

Molokai Magic

This is a 5 acre private estate on the sunset side of Molokai! We can go over there on the ferry to do weddings and receptions. There are also other homes on Papahaku beach as well that are great for weddings. For more info click here!
