Marriage License Requirements in Maui Maui, Hawaii

We will arrange a license appointment for you with a licensing agent on Maui. License appointments can be made Monday through Saturday as long as we make them in advance. Both the Bride and Groom will need to be present. This meeting will take approximately 15 minutes. For more information, give us a call. We will usually have our meeting with you right after your licensing appointment. We will send you maps for these appointments about one month prior to your wedding date. Hawaii has no residency requirements or waiting period. If you are 19 years old or younger, please bring your birth certificate with you. At this time no blood test is required for the bride and groom. Proof of final divorce is required if granted less than 60 days prior to your wedding. The fee for the marriage license is $60.00 to the state and $5.00 to the agent that will provide it for you. Licensing agents will not take credit cards. It is best to have cash on hand!
