Kalua Pua'a
Pork roasted in a beachside imu - the Hawaiian underground oven (not onsite).

Pulehu Steak
Top Sirloin Steak grilled to perfection

Shoyu Chicken
Chicken baked with a coating of Shoyu

Baked Mahi Mahi
Baked Mahi-mahi with a mayonnaise, garlic, fresh coconut sauce, topped with Maui Onions

Lomi Lomi Salmon
Cold salad made from Kula tomatoes, Maui onion, and salted salmon.

Poi
The paste made from boiling and mashing the root of the taro plant

Baked Local Sweet Potato

Fresh Tossed Green Salad
Served with a Papaya Seed dressing and Maui Onion dressing

Fresh Fruit Salad
With the freshest seasonal fruits

(White Sticky Rice can be substituted)

The above dinner includes china, silverware,
and water glasses (when allowed). If not plastic ware will be provided.

Minimum of 25 people
(If under 25 the minimum is $45 per person for the food.)
Under 25 people and your menu will only include your choice of 3 of the meat dishes.
(Vegetarian dishes are also available such as a vegetable lasagna.)

A professional bartender will pour liquor that the client provides.This is not allowed on the beach.
(There is a Costco's right outside the Kahului Airport)

Bartender - $100.00 for the 2 hour minimum
$50.00 for each additional hour

Set-Up's - $2.00 per person per hour
This includes the table and linens needed.

A 20% service fee will be added to all catering and bar!

The above option is only available if you have a private location! Alcohol is illegal on the beach.
If you are at a resort the Bar has to be done by them and we will send you their pricing!

This Luau food is prepared by an actual Luau. To complete your Luau plans you might want to add music and hula. We have very talented musicians, dancers, and even keiki (children) dancers available. We will get you and your guests up to learn how to Hula! This is so much fun and your guests will never forget this great experience! For a grand finale you might want to consider a Fire Knife performer.

To the right you see a nice addition to any event. This Grass Hut Bar can be rented and decorated to give your event some Hawaiian Style! If you decide not to have a bartender please keep in mind that you will still need a service table with linens, coolers, ice, cups, and you will be responsible for your own clean up and trash disposal as well. This service will not be provided by the caterers or the wedding coordinator. All sites are to be left clean. If you do not leave the site clean and we have to clean it you will be charged an additional fee of $100.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this Luau Reception! In order to get the best musicians and dancers available we recommend you reserve early.
